Government try to block porn site

Do you agree the government block the porn site?
To block such kind of website is easy for the time, but the excess is not only for recent condition.
You knew many smart people over there in internet area, they mightbe looking for something to do to defend or to argue what the government did. But it's ok, today I read news from detik.com, that there was a dialog among government representing by Minister of telecommunication and hackers. I didn't know what is the result, coz I read only part of it. Blocking the porn site is impossible I think, why? gov must be have some guys or experts to take care only for the new comer or blogger who want to post adult material into their blog. It's make additional job for government, don't you think that many government jobs suspend and never be finished. Why government want to be a hero or something like that. Because now the problem is how to get job and how the family get foods to eat every day. How to make the new generation become a high quality standard people are:
1. School fee >>> free (if possible particularly for poor people)
2. Standard of curriculum, government can add the new subject >>> for example : sex education(children or young people only currious of something interesting related to sex or relationship between male and female)
They want to explore it, what is behind of it and so on
3. Government must give pinalty to people who post pornography to his blog or other website
4. Parents also the part of it, it's true>>> parents must be the first guard to protect their child to prevent the negative effect by consulting and discussion with their child.
Parent must hear their child up to 70% not only their child hearing their parent

That's the three point I can write down here, very sorry if any mistaken related my writing.
